With 18 years of experience in the culinary world, ranging from running a successful catering business to managing a renowned Caribbean restaurant in GR, I’ve worn many hats. As a General Manager, Chef, and overseeing all financial aspects, from accounting to backend expenses and ordering, I’ve honed my skills in every aspect of restaurant management.

But my journey doesn’t stop there. For over 3 years, I delved into the world of fashion as I orchestrated fashion shows, handling everything from models to clothing wear and entertainment. Transitioning seamlessly into event coordination, I’ve orchestrated countless unforgettable celebrations, from intimate gatherings like quinceañeras, baby showers, and birthday parties to grand events like engagement parties and dinner rehearsals.

For the past 4 years, I’ve served as the Event Coordinator for Glimpse of Africa Festival at Calder Plaza, a massive two-day event hosting over 5,000 guests. From fashion shows to live music, food vendors to kid activities, I’ve ensured every detail is meticulously planned, making each event a resounding success.
